Mô tả công việc

- Preparation of Import/Export docs, 
- Get bookings from Vasel and Air vendors
- Coordinating with various agencies for pre & post shipment docs/procedure
- Maintaining various records, all kind of miscellaneous docs work, coordinating witcustomers for correct paperworks
- Knowledge of Export – Import Documentation including Pre Shipment & Post Shipment.
- Maintaining the integrity of working documents and update documentation when revised. 
- Responsibility for document security, for assigning access, and for removing and destroying obsolete documents.
- Other assigned tasks

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

- Experienced in Logistic & Forwarder
- Should have Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Powerpoint and Internet.
- Detail-oriented and able to work with a high volume of documents in a fast-paced environment. 
- Highly organised and process-oriented. 
- Have excellent oral and written communications skills, excellent listening skills
- Able handle multiple requests while detailing document activity.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment and high quality standards
- Able to focus on a task and follow a precise process to the conclusion.  
- Customs declaration, customs software like ECUS5, VNACCS…
- Proactive, assertive
- Ability to meet deadlines without compromising consistency in the process
