Mô tả công việc

1. Assists in communicating clearly, concisely and accurately with staffs (employees) in order to ensure effective store operations in accordance with Company policies and procedures;
2. Develops positive relationships with shift team by understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs and concerns;
3. Assists for managing store’s inventory and cost of goods;
4. Assists for managing store’s financial result; Supports to optimizes store’s financial performance;
5. Demonstrates integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Highlands Coffee;
6. Communicates with customers in order to understand their needs and report to superior;
7. Assures customer’s satisfaction in regards of service, quality of food and quality of product;
8. Keeps track of staffs attendance and punctuality and report to store manager;
9. Responds to immediate store needs by utilizing internal resources such as technicians, food, and beverages specialists, marketing, etc.;
10. Assists to implements company programs by working directly with the team to execute action plans that meet operational, organizational, and financial objectives;
11. Welcomes and assist in supervising training of new employee(s);

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Working Experience

- Progressively responsible in retail experience or restaurant (2 years)
- Customer service environment (2 years)

Particular Skill

- Fluent in English (speaking, writing);
- Ability to manage effectively under pressure and multiple situations simultaneously;
- Interpersonal skills
- Good leadership skills and team player;
- Knowledge of customer service technique;
- Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures.
