- Business development for new areas and streams.
- Business Strategy Establishment:
+ Long Term Goal Definition.
+ HR & Finance Prediction.
- Project & Organization Management:
+ Work Schedule Management.
+ Work Result Analysis.
+ Internal Work Process Improvement.
- Business Alliance:
+ External Relationship Management.
+ Press Release Management.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and maintain existing relationships.
- Manage our online marketing team in administrative tasks including data collection, daily reporting and general administrative tasks.
- Manage the online Marketing team with SEO strategy development and online customer acquisition plans designed to maximize site traffic and sales demand.
- Assess website properties; perform keyword research and density analysis to provide actionable SEO recommendations.
- Write SEO copy including writing meta tags and important on-page factors such as H1 and static text.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

- At least 5 years working experience and at least 2 years work experience in business online management.
- Have good knowledge/experience about SEO for Websites, online media, social networking, portals, v.v... is a must.
- Have good knowledge/experience about IT fields, Website/Software Development Process is a big plus.
- Fluent in English (4 skills).
- Computer, Internet proficiency.
- Good communication skills: group discussion leading, team working...
- Good project management skills: estimating, planning, organizing, leading.
- Energetic self-starter that can think outside the box.
- Strong problem-solving skill, with a logical, analytical and approach to work.
- Able to work under tight schedule and multiple projects at the same time.
- Personality: highly responsible, well-organized, communicative, pro-active, dare-to-lead, honest, enthusiastic.
- Team work and willing to learn.
