Mô tả công việc

- Manage and analyze customer’s requirements.
- Manage all areas of project management including design, construction, quality control, staffing, risk management, budget estimation and budget management.
- Track progress of projects against goals, objectives, time lines, and budgets; generate reports on status; monitor expenses to ensure they fall within the prescribed budget.
- Co-ordinate with other departments related to the project (HR, QA, v.v...).
- Organize and manage project team by providing direction and leadership.
- Be responsible for project team members’ performance appraisal.
- Perform results transference to clients.
- Recruitment coordination.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

- 5 years professional experience in Web/Internet or software development/Business Analyst, with more than 2 years experience in PROJECT MANAGER Position in Enterprise environment.
- Excellent design documentation is required.
- Expert in project management, development process, Object Oriented analysis and design v.v...
- Expert in UML, .NET, MSSQL, PHP, HTML/CSS, JavaScript/JQuery v.v...
- Broad knowledge of Server System, Application Server, Web Server.
- Fluent in English.
- Good communication skills: group discussion leading, team working...
- Good project management skills: estimating, planning, organizing, leading.
- Strong problem-solving skill, with a logical, analytical and approach to work.
- Able to work under tight schedule and multiple projects at the same time.
- Personality: highly responsible, well-organized, communicative, pro-active, dare-to-lead, honest, enthusiastic.
- Team work and willing to learn a new technology.
